Valtech, originally a French IT services company, has acquired the digital transformation firm Kin + Carta for approximately $305 million. With this acquisition, Kin + Carta will no longer be listed on the UK stock market.
The combined entity will have a global presence with 7,900 consultants—6,000 from Valtech and 1,900 from Kin + Carta. Olivier Padiou serves as the CEO of Valtech, while Kelly Manthey, the CEO of Kin + Carta, will now lead Valtech Americas.
Padiou stated that this acquisition is a significant step toward realizing Valtech’s ambition to become a leading Experience Innovation company. By integrating Kin + Carta’s expertise and client base, Valtech aims to redefine how brands deliver personalized, data-driven experiences that impact lives, grow businesses, and transform the way people interact with the world.
Manthey emphasized that the merger between Valtech and Kin + Carta was a natural fit, given their shared purpose, cultural alignment, and complementary strengths. She highlighted the immediate advantages for clients and technology partners, including an enhanced range of services and expanded career opportunities for employees.
