UK Advertising Exports Surge 15.5% to $19.5 Billion in 2022, Highlighting Post-Brexit Resilience

The UK’s advertising exports increased by 15.5% to $19.5 billion in 2022, showcasing the industry’s resilience and potential post-Brexit. During International Trade Week, this growth highlights the strength of the UK’s advertising sector

Simultaneously, Julian Douglas, Vice-Chair and International CEO of VCCP, has succeeded James Murphy, co-founder of New Commercial Arts, as Chair of the UK Ad Export Group.

The number of companies classified under advertising and market research services stands at 23,095, a figure that has remained largely stable since 2016.
