
House 337 has acquired Vixen Labs, a consultancy specializing in AI-powered conversational interfaces. Vixen Labs focuses on enhancing customer engagement through voice assistants and large language models, designing and operating conversational interfaces across platforms like Alexa, Siri, website chatbots, and social apps.
Vixen Labs’ client roster includes companies such as Amazon, TuneIn, Verizon, Universal Music Group, Reckitt, McDonald’s, and Barilla.
Founded in 2018 by innovation strategist James Poulter and voice experience expert Jen Heape, Vixen Labs has teams in the UK, Germany, and the US.
Vixen Labs will continue to operate under its brand within House 337, reporting to customer experience executive director James Thornett.
